RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NFTOPL, every order is carefully checked before dispatch. To maintain quality and hygiene standards for all customers, please read our return policy carefully.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted only within 3 days from delivery date.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for return:

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags must remain attached
• Original packaging must be available
• Product must not contain perfume smell, stains, damage or signs of usage
• Product must not be altered in any form

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Products that have been worn
• Products with removed tags
• Washed garments
• Sale items / discount items
• Size issues after wearing
• Customized products
• Products returned without approval

QUALITY CHECK

Every returned item goes through strict inspection.

If signs of use are found:
• Refund request may be rejected
• Product may be shipped back to customer

SIZE POLICY

Please check size chart carefully before ordering.

Size exchange may be available only if stock exists.

REFUND POLICY

After approval:

• Refund processing: 5–7 business days
• Refund sent to original payment method

Return shipping charges may be applicable depending on return reason.
